SUMMARY:Summer Adventure Retreat 2025
DESCRIPTION:Elk Jaar organiseert Military Ministries International (MMI) een korte retraite in de zomervakantie. Op deze ‘SAR’ reis je met een groep Christelijke militairen door het Rodopegebergte in Bulgarije. s’ ochtends en/of ’s avonds houd je bijbelstudie en aanbidding onder leiding van ervaren Christelijke militaire leiders. Dit jaar is dat de Executive Director van ACCTS: Terry Wichert. Verder wordt het evenement geleid door een local: MMI team leader Europe: Grozdan Stoevski. (zie onderstaande foto’s). \nTerry & Susan Wichert\nGrozdan Stoevski\nIn Grozdans eigen woorden:\nThe 2025 SAR will be a blend of great adventures\, as well as time of prayer and Bible study sessions\, singing songs on guitar around the camp fire\, a time to enjoy local cuisine\, worship with local believers in the alpine town of Smolyan\, hiking and staying in mountain lodges\, pilgrimage to the Bachkovo Monastery and tour the ancient site of biblical Philippi (with a Greek guide!) \nWil je nog meer motivatie? Twee jaar geleden zijn twee van ons ook gegaan\, hierbij een korte beschrijving daarvan vanuit ons: Summer Adventure retreat 2023 \nWie is uitgenodigd? Alle Christelijke militairen die geestelijk zouden willen groeien (Bijbels leiderschap\, karakter\, team-building etc. Partners zijn ook welkom\, kinderen moeten el minimaal 13 jaar oud zijn om mee te kunnen doen met alle activiteiten. \nDe data zijn 4 tot 9 augustus en je land op Sofia airport waar je opgehaald wordt. De kosten zijn 300 euro per persoon (alle binnenlandse reizen\, overnachtigingen en maaltijden). De vliegtickets zijn voor eigen rekening en de activiteiten daarnaast kunnen kleine extra kosten met zich meebrengen. DESCRIPTION:Als NCOK zijn we één van de vele zogenaamde MCF’s (Military Christian Fellowships). Internationaal zijn we met elkaar verbonden. We hebben dezelfde missie en hetzelfde hart voor Christus en militaire Christenen. Daarom zoeken we elkaar graag op door middel van internationale conferenties. Eén van deze Christenmilitaire conferenties is de Adria interaction. Op een prachtige locatie in Kroatië komen we voor de 11e keer op rij samen om elkaar te bemoedigen en van elkaar te leren. Ik zal niet proberen de conferentie uit te leggen\, maar in plaats daarvan zal ik de uitnodiging voor zichzelf laten spreken. DESCRIPTION:De RIMP is de jaarlijkse internationale meeting van protestants christelijke militairen\, georganiseerd door de Franse Protestantse Geestelijke Verzorging. Naast Frankrijk zijn Duitsland\, Slovenië\, Ivoorkust\, Gabon\, Polen\, Oostenrijk vaste deelnemende landen en daarnaast nog een heel aantal andere landen. \nBekijk de poster met meer informatie \nEen kleine greep uit de recensies van de Nederlandse deelnemers van afgelopen jaar: \n‘De RIMP vond ik vooral erg bijzonder. Het was erg leuk om met een grote Nederlandse groep te zijn. Ik denk dat we ons land goed op de kaart hebben gezet en dat het een geslaagde reis is geweest. Het was interessant om met zoveel verschillende mensen op het gebied van geloof toch overeenkomsten te hebben’ \n‘Ik heb me kunnen verbreden in mijn kennis van geloof en kunnen ervaren hoe anderen hun visie is op geloof. Daarnaast had de reis een mooie afwisseling van religieuze momenten en ook andere momenten zoals het sporten. Dat heb ik als een prettige afwisseling ervaren.
